WoooHooo, we made it!!!
Yesterday was the last day of winter and it reached 79* in Seattle. i actually got a sunburn during my work out along the waterfront. Before i left the house, i saw a mosquito lingering around the front door. Finally saw one of my hummingbird friends. It was just a month ago that i was shoveling our block of layers of snow.
But now, the beauty of new beginnings has arrived. Glorious flowers are waking up and blooming with brilliant colors. A choir of birds welcome me to each new morning. The air has a scent of hope. And with the arrival of spring, i am happily overwhelmed with inspiration.
It's going to be an amazing season. And all of us are responsible to ensure it is. No whining or complaining, just celebrating and sharing.
