i miss watching you sleep ... or trying to. You usually woke up to catch me staring at you. A big stretch and then you'd just go back to sleep. And i'd keep watching you. Waiting for you to drift into a dream.
S A D D I
Keeping my mind busy thinking of all the walks SADDI took me on. We tried to take different directions as often as possible. SADDI enjoyed walking along the waterfront where there would always be humans down there to give her attention. SADDI was comfortable, sitting on a bench, leaning her body against mine, as she constantly kept looking around. Any little sound, any little movement created by the wind. We could have sat there all day and SADDI would have been just fine with that.

SADDI enjoyed getting her Pride on.
Because there were other doggies at the events
(and SADDI didn't like other dogs)
we never got to go together.
i really regret that.
SADDI would have loved the attention,
especially if she was wearing one of her outfits.
SADDI liked to show off.
We were able to go to a couple of parades
and SADDI soaked in all the human attention.
On our way home,
she always had that adorable
special prance to her walk.
